Studio Requirements

Reformer Classes: For the comfort and cleanliness of everyone, grip socks are required. If you don't have grip socks, they're available for purchase at our studio.

Heated Classes: You will need an anti-slip towel. Towels are available for rent in the studio for 300 JMD.

Mats provided by Bluma for all classes.

Aerial restorative

Relax & Release, this class's main focus is Zero-Compression Inversions. Inversions decompress the vertebrae and joints, restoring the cushion of space between them. The hammock takes the pressure off all joints and spine.
