Booking Information

Class Duration: All Reformer classes are 50 minutes. All mat classes are 60 minutes, except Barre which is 50 minutes.

Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class time.

New to reformer? We recommend starting with our Foundation class before joining All Levels sessions.

First-time visitors receive a complimentary consultation to help choose the perfect class for their needs.

Note: Heated classes are marked with the red "Heated" indicator. Please bring a towel for all heated sessions.
